Sources & coverage
Each adult connects and enables their own sources. Only selected sources are checked. Email starts with the last day, then catches up in bounded segments within seven days. Spam, trash and drafts are excluded; obvious advertising is filtered before body reads. Unchanged messages are not processed again. New replies may use limited earlier thread context. Attachments are not read.

My calendar agent participation
After connecting email, enable your sources here to let requested checks use your email and personal calendar. Enabling sources does not start a check or turn on automatic runs.

Use the same Google account you use to sign in. Basic access reads calendars, spreadsheets and Drive metadata. Gmail permission covers your mailbox; Hub filters the messages it processes and sends selected email text to the OpenAI API for suggestions. Calendar write permission is account-wide; Hub only adds events to Family after your explicit approval and does not invite attendees.
Existing Google grants may be retained when you reconnect. Google can grant fewer features than requested; the status above shows what was actually granted. Saved credentials are encrypted. Signing out clears browser views; Disconnect removes the saved connection and requests Google revocation.
